About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our team at WE - Women Entrepreneurship. As a Recruitment Intern, you will be an integral part of our human resources department, gaining valuable experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in talent acquisition, HR practices, and developing skills in identifying and attracting top talent.
Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Support the screening and interviewing process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Participate in the development and posting of job descriptions.
Conduct reference checks and assist in the preparation of job offers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
